Manager needs differ based on their levels of maturity and preparedness.
Some need guidance with respect to creating structures outside their home markets for example, while there are others that need help with finding the best fitment for their investment edge, amongst the diverse pools of global capital. Some others simply need help with relaying their core investing edge.
FOUNDATION
A focus on building a core team, bringing on seed investors, crystallising the core investing approach and building an early track record. We work extensively with managers at this stage to lay down the groundwork for demonstrating performance persistence.

STRATEGY
A foundational element of our work, this includes identifying target markets and investor segments best suited to an emerging manager’s strategy. It is focused on understanding the manager’s method of idea generation and identifying the right fitment of capital for the opportunities they address.

MARKET READINESS
We add a global lens across areas including messaging, communication, build out of product structures for a global audience, recommending operational best practices as well as targeted efforts to gain access to the identified distribution segments including anchor investors. We also work actively on the manager’s readiness for an institutional due diligence process.

CAPITAL PARTNERSHIPS
We work with our managers to identify and partner them with quality pools of institutional and private capital, to what might be the best fit for their investing idea and thesis. Partnerships form a strong role in our approach in finding capital at scale.
